Don’t know why you haven’t been a fan, Gamea.  These games are always amazing, they put a ton of effort and little touches into each installment.  To me, this is the only thing PS3 has going for it.  Glad to hear it’s gotten good reviews, I wish I could play it as well but no PS3 for me.  Hoping it comes out on the 360 some time so I can play.

nothing against the game... I am just not big on stealth games, I like run n gun games is all.  This one looks better, and I am going to rent it.

I can speak with a bit of personal experience, I played it at a friends house for about 5 hours. I think Kojima has outdone himself as someone said. It’s fixed a lot of the problems with the MGS Series and the overall quality of the game is superb. It makes me want a PS3 bad and I’ve never really wanted one this badly before.

Hey, what about the online?  Is it any good?  Or bland?

I finally picked up a PS3 this week (mainly for Blue Ray) but I did get the MGS4 bundle.  Installed it last night.  Probably won’t actually start the game for a while as I want to enjoy it .  I thought MGS3 was the best game on PS2 so if it can match that, I know I’ll enjoy it.  

not to late.... if you can do it still I would appreciate it, if not.. someone esle want to review it?  I think we are missing a bunch of the main games released this year and would like to get reviews even if they are a little past due.  Those include Grand Theft Auto IV, MGS4, Rainbow Six: Vegas II, Call of Duty 4, etc.
