Namco already released "We Ski" before the board even came out, you can use the nunchuck and wiimote along with the board to simulate Skiing, in reviews the experience was suppossed to be a really neat feel but they just said as a game it was awful. (It was released before because you could also ski without the board).

There are suppossed to be some other games coming out and square enix has showed a hint they might do something with it.
