Sorry I missed y’all.  My aunt changed the date of our family veterans gathering at the last minute because of my cousin.  It was suppossed to be Memorial weekend instead.

So...   My schedule is now open for next weekend.  If anyone is interested I propose that we get together on Sunday at 6-7ish.  I would say at the Matrix but any other venue would work also.  Since none of us should have to work or go to school the next day we can do some serious gaming.  Comments?

@Trifuse -- I got your message last night but was unsure how late I could return the call.  If you want to have it at your place, I’d be there.  It’s not too far to go for me.  Plus, then your wife would play with us since it’s not at the Matrix.  As for what time, that’d be up to y’all to decide... I’m not picky.

Day:  Sunday, 25th of May 2008

Where:  Trifuse’s pad

Time:  Whenever Kaizen aka Mrs. Trifuse lets Trifuse has his friends come over to play.

Trifuse suggested I bring over one of my white tables that we use for LAN parties.    He’ll make sure to have enough chairs for us.

Will Jason and Justin be coming?

I don’t think Jason’ll be coming this time, I think he’s going and doing the family thing for the long weekend.

As soon as I nail down a time for Sunday I will post it here and send out a few calls to you guys. I am going to for a hike with the dogs that morning/afternoon. Plan for meeting around the normal time, but like Cyber mentioned, none of us have school or work the next day so that means we can do some late-night gaming. Outlaw, are you still bringing a bottle?

Well, I just got my new "Top Secret" deck today in the mail.
I must say it worked way better than I imagined. In the test run with my mom using my Samurai Deck, the Samurai deck didnt even stand a chance. It was just complete annihalation. I pity the fool who stands on the other side of this bad boy.

Also yes, I play Magic the Gathering with my mom wanna fight about it? ( Mostly because my wife won’t)

See you Sunday ^^

Yes, the Dragon mother is a pretty cool lady.

Anyways, the May 25th Gathering got kicked off at a late start, but we gamed for nearly 10 hours!!  Woo-hoo!  I think i got in at around 6 AM this morning.

I’ll be at the Game Matrix at 2 PM PST for the next Gathering on Sunday, June 1st.  I"ll be there until midnight, so if you show up in the afternoon or the evening, someone will be around...unless I’m in the head...or unless I run around the corner for a pint or some grub...but I’ll be around.  I’m coming a little early in case someone has to leave early and want to come earlier and, I’ll be around.

Some gametypes:

When three people show up, I’d like to run a Dissension theme deck game in which we only attack to the left.

When four people show up, I’d like to run a Coldsnap theme deck game in which will be a free-for all.

When five people show up, I’d like to run a five-star game with the Tenth edition core theme decks.  Winner is the first player to elimate both players opposite him/her.

Dragon, if we do an emperor, two or three headed giant, or a a duel, I want to sit opposite you and we can run some (modded) elves v. (modded) goblins.

Dragon, with your influence, I also found  a white deck and a blue deck that are unmodded.  These unmodded theme decks will probably play well against each other.  I’ll surprise you on Sunday.

BTW, I have all these unmodded theme decks in my collection just for the above gametypes.   I think everyone has unmodded Shadowmoor decks, that we can probably try one day too.
