Over in the old clan forum, we had a thread for MAGIC the Gathering.  Sometimes us gamers put down that controller in favor of some old school style cards. 

Anyways...Shadowmoor just launched and I gotta say those cards are just stupid crazy powerful sometimes, LOL.  I swear I must have picked up over 500 cards last week alone.  Oh no...I might have that Heroclix...I mean Pokemon fever...gotta catch them all.   LOL.

Our next gathering will probably be Sunday, May 24th.  Time to be determined.

By next gathering I should have my new "top secret" deck that will annoy you guys to kingdom come. (Outlaw keep it hushed!)

I"d like to play a five-star game with each player playing a ceratin color, but I think we may have 7 people this Sunday.

CyberViking, the Dragon, Kal Zoreck, the Outlaw, and Trifuse are scheduled to make an appearance.  We probably will have a couple of guest appearances by the J’s.  CyberViking will be bringing Jason, and the Dragon will be bringing Justin.

Let’s break in with a free for all.  After that, if Chris, the Magic Guru, is there, we can do a 2-round two-headed giant or just regular team play, with 2 v.2, the winners of round 1 will play in round 2.  The losers of round 1 will play against each other in round 2.

Or we could do a little one v. one tourney.  One round single ellimination.  That way when you’re out, you can still play someone else just for fun. 

It’s all for fun.  No prize support.  Just us Hubbers hanging out playing Magic.

Jason won’t be coming this time, but probably the next time.  I’m just now teaching him to play but he already had a full weekend (families can do that to a man...).

Dragon can’t make it either.  Mrs. Dragon shanghai-ed him this Sunday.

I will be in shop around 6pm, maybe a bit earlier. Andrea has been talking about crashing our party for weeks, I think she may just do it this time. LOL
