Aren’t the big walkers new?

which ones are the big walkers? Seems like a lot of the video showed fighting the Brumack.  (glad we I already beat em in GoW for PC !)

The "big walkers" as you called them are Brumaks and there is one in Gears Of War at the end of Act 4. Now on the Xbox 360 version you just get chased by the Brumak but on the PC version you actually get to kill it at the end of the 5 new chapters that’s in Act 5 of the PC version. So Like Gameaholica said, we already killed a Brumak in Gears and it was done a little differently then what they showed in the Gears 2 trailer. It was a blast and the new chapters in the PC version of Gears really helped pull the story together better.

yep yep.. already beat the Brumack... (rubbing it in) lol.  Kind of like playing Halo PC and getting to use flamethrowers, etc. early.  Trying to think of a way you could make this an ongoing article for the website Outlaw.. what do you think?  We could come up with a graphic that gets an updated topic on the bottom for every update you do?

Other option is a possible future upgrade where top bloggers are shown on homepage and this could be done in blogger form .. just some ideas to bounce around.

There are so many games I want to play that are sitting because I’m stuck on old incomplete games.  Plus I’m never done with a game until it has 1000/1000 so that just deters me from starting long ones like Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey which I own.

Anyways, to my point.  I’d like to try that Bourne game as it doesn’t look half-bad, but with everything on my plate right now I don’t see that happening.  I’d also like to try Iron Man (before the movie novelty wears off) but again, I’ve got tons of Wartech, GTA, Saint’s Row, and Ao2 already in progress.

This is a Legacy game available for download on May 19th.  I actually own this in my personal library.  I used to play it on LEGACY Nights, but no one plays it anymore so I retired the game from LEGACY Nights.  If anyone is going to download this title, let me know and I dust off the old disc for LEGACY Nights.

Not exactly new, but the trailer and the first Making of Documentary has made it to LIVE.  I’ve seen them before on the internet, but it was to watch again in glorious HD through my 360.  If you haven’t seen them, watch them.  If you have seen them, I recommend at least watching the trailer in HD.

It’s been a while since I’ve post here but I’m here to post about some recent items. 

I didn’t even bother trying the demo for Dragon Ball Z.  I have never played any of those games.  I enjoyed the original Dragonball cartoons as a kid, but I kinda outgrew it almost 20 years ago.

I did try the NASCAR demo.  I don’t know, I kinda got bored with just turning left...LOL.  The demo doesn’t have enought of the special features to really see what improvement have been made since last year.  Since all the cars are stock, you can’t change parts, but you can tweak option on you cars as you can in Forza.    Too be honest the crashes were a little boring.  I wanted to see some air, but alas no.  It tries to present itself as a sim, but when you slam into the wall, the yellow flag goes up, a movie clip starts, and you end up in last place.  No problem.  Just like an arcade, catching up is quick.

There are more videos for the new Battlefield.  I believe these videos are unecessary.  I am already sold on the series and am already curious to try this title.

The new Brothers in Arms trailer is out and this is actually kinda cool.  I’ve never tried any of the older games.  I would have, but none are compatible on the 360.  Oh well...I’ve never been sick of WWII.  I know it’s been done to death, but I’m always up for fighting the good fight.

There are a couple of trailers for Dead Space, but I can’t quite figure out what that game is about yet.

Apparently Quake Wars is out and there are some trailers, but I think I’ll just wait for the demo.

There is also another Alone in the Dark making of doc.  I really recommend these videos.  The technology for this game is actually quite fascinating.  This survival horror might actually change the genre.  However this new video is pretty light, I would actually pass on this new video.  No new info is this offering.

Flying games....Tom Clancy’s HAWX is just a teaser.  Who know’s what is actual gameplay.  I think the Tom Clancy universe already sold me.  I’m waiting to see more of what the gameplay will be.  I hear there will be co-op, but we’ll see.  Ace Combat 6 has another  batch of downloads.  Ugg!  It’s just another batch of paint jobs.  In the slew of all the downloads for AC6, there are no new weapons or vehicles.  I’m still waiting for my F-4!

The best new trailer out there is the English trailer for Infinite Undiscovery.  An action RPG from Squaresoft.  I can’t wait.  If you download anything this week.  This is the one to see.

"I LOVE YOU W-H-O-R-E-S!"  The Season 2 opener for Code Monkeys is on LIVE and it’s free.  This was my favorite download this week.  It’s totally moronic, but utterly quite enjoyable.

If anyone is going to download the LEGACY game, Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows, let me know.  I own this game and am willing to play some co-op with anyone that is interested.

just an idea Outlaw... but we could make your corner apart of the website either as "previews" since basically that is what the demos are, or they could be articles on the home page ?  Just an idea, and people could then reply/comment on them.
