About 3 yrs ago I was turned onto CS 1.6 then to the 1.6 racing mod.  I got hooked on the racing modules.  Unfortunately 1.6 is a bit out dated now and I've been trying out a few online racing mods that have been put out there.  I have yet to find one that I enjoy.  I don't understand why they would require someone to use real cash to upgrade the virtual cars instead of allowing access to the upgrades if you achieve certain goals like a console game would.

I actually tried one that allowed you to create your own race track.  I thought that would be cool, but it had no manual and no ability to loop the track for multiple lap racing.  Nice concept but lacking in alot of areas.

If they can create race games for console that are great, Why can't they create one for PC?  I'm a PC addict.  I can't use the console games because my thumbs get too sore.
